You will meet them before the project begins and communicate with them directly throughout. We do not use subcontractors or hand your project to a different team after signing.

We conduct weekly progress updates and are reachable over WhatsApp, email, or calls during business hours. You will never be left waiting for a status update.

You are based in Chennai, does that affect how we work together?

Accepted Answer

Not at all. Our clients span Tamil Nadu, other Indian states, and overseas. For local clients, we can meet in person for kickoffs and reviews — which we consider an advantage. For clients elsewhere, our entire workflow is remote-ready: video calls, shared dashboards, and async updates ensure nothing slips between time zones. We communicate fluently in Tamil and English.

Who owns the code and intellectual property once the project is delivered?

You do completely. All source code, design assets, and intellectual property are transferred to you upon project completion and final payment. This is stated explicitly in our contract. We also provide full repository access and documentation so you can work with any developer in the future, independently of us.

How do you handle scope changes mid-project?

We follow an agile development process, which means we work in short sprints and review progress with you regularly. If your requirements evolve — which is normal — we assess the impact on timeline and budget transparently and discuss it with you before proceeding. No surprise charges, no unilateral decisions.

Will my website be fast, secure, and optimised for search engines?

Accepted Answer

Yes — performance, security, and SEO are built in from the start, not added as afterthoughts. We optimise page load speeds, follow secure coding practices, implement HTTPS and data protection standards, and structure your content with SEO best practices. We also configure Google Analytics so you can measure what matters from day one.

Do you build for iOS, Android, or both?

Accepted Answer

Both — using cross-platform frameworks such as React Native and Flutter, we deliver apps for iOS and Android from a single codebase, which significantly reduces cost and time to market without compromising on native-quality experience. For projects that require platform-specific capabilities, we can also build natively.

Will you help us publish the app to the App Store and Play Store?

Yes. We handle the end-to-end submission process — from preparing store listings and screenshots to managing review cycles for both Apple App Store and Google Play Store. We guide you through developer account requirements and ensure your app meets platform guidelines before submission.

What happens if the app breaks after a platform update (iOS/Android)?

Accepted Answer

Platform updates can introduce breaking changes — this is a known reality of mobile development. Under our maintenance plans, we monitor for compatibility issues and deploy fixes proactively. Clients not on a plan can reach us for support, which we treat as priority work with defined response times.

Do you offer ongoing support after launch?

Yes — through Wraptron Care Plans, our structured post-launch maintenance service. Plans include regular security updates, performance monitoring, bug fixes, content updates, and a dedicated support channel. We are not a "deliver and disappear" agency. Your product's long-term health matters to us as much as the initial launch.

What is your response time if something goes wrong?

For clients on a Care Plan, critical issues are acknowledged within 4 hours and resolved within 24 hours during business days. Non-critical issues are addressed within 2 to 5 business days. Response timelines are defined in your plan so there are no surprises.

Can I hand over the project to an in-house team later?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. We build with handover in mind from the start — clean, well-commented code, comprehensive documentation, and full repository access. When you are ready to bring development in-house or switch to another vendor, we will assist with a smooth transition and knowledge transfer at no additional charge.
