- Project Milestones & Payment Structure
Wraptron follows a structured project development process consisting of the following phases:
- Planning
- Development
- Testing & Quality Assurance
- Deployment
An upfront payment of 50% of the project cost is required before commencing any work. This payment ensures that your project is scheduled and resources are allocated.

Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel their project at any time, but refunds are subject to the progress and phase of the project, as described in the refund section below.

Refundable Services
Wraptron provides refunds for the following services if canceled:
- Web Consultation
- Mobile Consultation
Refunds for other services are calculated based on the completion phase of the project.

Refund Terms
Refunds will be processed based on the work completed in each phase of the project. The refund breakdown is as follows:
- 50% Refund: If the project is canceled during or after the planning phase.
- 25% Refund: If the project is canceled during the design phase.
- 15% Refund: If the project is canceled during the development phase.
- 5% Refund: If the project is canceled during the testing and quality phase.
- 5% Refund: If the project is canceled during the deployment phase.
Once a phase is completed, no refunds for that phase will be issued.
- Non-Refundable Services
Certain services involve third-party costs that are non-refundable under any circumstances. These include:
- Domain registration
- cHosting services
Third-party licenses
Any purchases made on behalf of the client for these services will not be eligible for a refund.

Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute regarding cancellation or refunds, both parties will work towards an amicable solution. Should the issue remain unresolved, disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of the Madras High Court.
